Korean Fair" Gyukaku restaurants are holding the "Gyukaku Korean Fair" from October 19 to December 3. Six limited-time menu items will be available, including samgyeopsal made with tender and juicy Hokkaido brand pork and fresh cream makgeolli with a delightful fluffy texture.

Yume no Samgyeopsal


Samgyopsal is a classic Korean dish of grilled pork belly wrapped in sunchu. At Gyukaku, which is particular about its meat, "Yume no Daichi" brand pork from Hokkaido is used. Raised in a magnificent, stress-free environment, the pork is soft and tender, and its flavor fills the mouth as it is chewed. By grilling it on a shichirin, excess fat is trimmed off, and you can enjoy its crispy outside and moist, juicy flavor inside. The price is 1,078 yen (tax included).

Kettle de Fresh Cream Makgeolli


Fresh and full-flavored raw makgeolli is mixed with whipped cream and whipped cream to create a soft and fluffy makgeolli.
