Sushiro "Kotsumigeta Matsuri"

from the World's Oceans "Kotsumigeta Matsuri" from the World's Oceans will be held at all Sushiro stores for a limited time starting August 30, 2012. The "Classic Gateau Chocolat," a sweet blending two types of chocolate, will be available from the Sushiro Café Department.

's oceans at the fair. Here are some of the highlights of the lineup.

Natural

Pacific Bluefin Tuna Tuna Tuna Tuna Tuna Tuna Tuna Tuna Tuna

Among the king of tuna, "Pacific bluefin tuna," only a few are said to be distributed in the world, and this sushi is made from "Spanish wild Pacific bluefin tuna fillet. Priced from 360 yen (tax included, same as below). The product will be on sale from August 30 to September 10.

Arctic Fresh Salmon


Sushi of salmon raised in the cold waters of Norway's northernmost tip. Priced from 150 yen and up. Available from August 30 to September 10.

Minami Akame


Sushi of "Minami Akame" from Vietnam, which makes its first appearance at Sushiro. Prices start at 120 yen. Available from August 30 to September 10.

Salt-cured Kinki Seared


Kinki" is a high-end fish caught in the U.S., and its flavor is concentrated in this sushi by being salt-seared. Priced from 260 yen. Available from August 30 to September 10.

Gindara Burnt Silverfish with Soy Sauce


A dish of fatty silver cod caught in Alaska's low-temperature waters, seared in the restaurant and served with soy sauce. Prices start at 120 yen. Available from August 30 to September 10.

Loco Clam with Charred Soy Sauce


Peruvian Loco Clam served with charred soy sauce. Priced from 120 yen and up. Available from August 30 to September 10.

Classic Gateau Chocolat


A gâteau chocolat carefully baked with two kinds of chocolate and served with "Betsubara cream" developed over a period of about one year. The dark chocolate is a blend of Dominican cacao with a fruity acidity and Ghanaian cacao with a strong cacao flavor, giving it a deep flavor. Enjoy it with light and milky "betsubara cream. Priced from 330 yen. Available from August 30 to October 1.
