Sushiro "Nippon no Umi kara Uamimono Matsuri" (Festival of Delicacies

from the Sea of Japan) Sushiro stores will hold "Nippon no Umi kara Uamimono Matsuri" (Festival of Delicacies from the Sea of Japan) from July 5 to July 17 to give you a travel feeling. Many items and specialties from all over Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka Prefecture in the south, will be served as sushi.

The "king of squid" is carefully sliced and served in the restaurant. Enjoy the "raw" flavor, the "seared" flavor with charred soy sauce, and the "pickled gunkan" flavor with special sauce on a single plate. Prices start at 260 yen (tax included).

Sushi made with natural yellowtail, which is pickled in the store. Priced from 120 yen.

Live-finish yellowtail fillet


The first appearance of "Live-clawed Yellowtail Hira", a hybrid of the umami of "Buri", the crunchiness of "Hiramasa", and the beauty of its appearance. It is delivered live to a processing plant near the store and processed to ensure its freshness.
