Chirashi-zushi, a

spring-like sushi with shrimp, boiled conger eel, and tobiko

The main dish, chirashi-zushi, is made of vinegared rice mixed with seasoned shiitake mushrooms and dried gourd, topped with vinegared shrimp, boiled conger eel, tobiko, sanseri, pickled lotus root, and broiled egg. It is a gorgeous chirashi-zushi that reminds us of the coming of spring.

The "Colorful Chirashi Bento" package

The "Nanohana and Bamboo Shoots with Ginger and Sesame Sauce" features spring-like nanohana and bamboo shoots with sesame paste that goes well with chirashi-zushi. The refreshing flavor of ginger makes it a perfect chopstick rest.

In addition, two "old-fashioned siu-mai," a bite-sized dish with the rich flavor of pork and dried scallops, "bamboo shoot stew," the second most popular sweet and spicy side dish after siu-mai, and "sakura-shaped hana-mochi," a lovely dessert with white bean paste wrapped in a glutinous skin, are also included.
