Saki Yoken Autumn Kanagawa Ajiwai Bento
This is one of the "Kanagawa Ajiwai Bento" series, a tie-up project with Kanagawa Prefecture. The main dish consists of "mushroom rice" with maitake mushrooms, buna shimeji mushrooms, carrots, and fried tofu, and "white rice" topped with pickled plums from Odawara.
In addition, the "Misaki Tuna Stewed with Ginger," tuna landed at the Port of Misaki and soaked in a sweet and spicy sauce, and the "Miura Sprouts, Bunashimeji, and Fried Bean Curd Stewed with Sesame Oil," soft Miura bud hijiki mushrooms and fried bean curd.
In addition, "Odawara Kamaboko," which is elastic and has a good texture, three pieces of "old-fashioned shiomai," "omelet," "ganmodoki stew," "carrot stew," "lotus root stew," "bamboo shoot stew," "pickled radish," and "daikaimo" are also included in the package.
The design of the wrapping paper is based on Kanagawa Prefecture's specialties and places of interest, such as the ginkgo tree on Nihon Odori Avenue (Yokohama City), cosmos at Soleil Hill (Yokosuka City), autumn leaves at Daiozan Saijyoji Temple (Minami Ashigara City), fragrant roses at Hanana Garden (Hiratsuka City), Hakone Tozan Railway (Hakone Town), Lake Ashi and Mt. The logo and QR code for Kanagawa Prefecture's tourism information website, "Kanko Kanagawa NOW," are also included.
