Yokohama moon cake roasted sweet potato

"Yokohama Mooncake Roasted Sweet Potato" is made so that you can enjoy the soft texture of roasted sweet potato and the natural and gentle sweetness. The roasted sweet potatoes that are included are slowly cooked to a state where the water content is less than that of ordinary sweet potatoes, and the diced sweet potatoes with skin are kneaded into the sweet potatoes to give them a relaxed texture.
