The "Gokumi-zuke Bincho" will also be on sale. Also new is the "Assorted Japanese Eel" from the "Goku no Gemini Series. Both items will be available from September 2.

Three kinds of wild fish from Hokkaido


The "Mixed cod roe" is Hokkaido cod topped with cod roe; the "Autumn salmon tataki" is autumn salmon marinated in a special soy sauce-based broth made by Kurarazushi and seared on the surface to add a savory flavor; and the "Pickled flounder" is flatfish marinated in a soy sauce-based broth to extract the flavor of the flounder and its mouthwatering fatty goodness. The assortment is priced at 220 yen (including tax, same as below). The price is 220 yen (tax included).

Freshly seared Hokkaido Beef Nigiri


Roast beef from the thigh of Hokkaido beef with a good balance of lean and fatty meat. Simple seasoning is used so that the flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the fat can be felt. Price: 220 yen.
