Only about 5% of the southern bluefin tuna, one of the highest grade tuna, is used. The unique maturing technique maximizes the flavor of the tuna. The price is 330 yen. On sale from August 19 to August 28.

Premium aged medium fatty tuna (Consistency)

Only the best fatty parts of the medium fatty tuna are carefully selected from among the best quality southern bluefin tuna. Priced at 220 yen and available until September 1.

Freshly Seared Extra Large Cut Y yam and swordfish with sudachi jus

Swordfish served with jellied ponzu vinegar that brings out the fresh aroma of sudachi. The price is 220 yen. Available from August 19 to August 28.

Akitohi Sesame Soy Sauce Temaki (Consistency)

Fresh saury is cut into strips, then marinated and aged in Kura-zushi's special soy sauce sauce, providing both texture and flavor at the same time. The price is 110 yen. Available from August 19 to September 1. No take-out.

Eel Liver Gunkan

Eel liver is dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce and topped with sansho (Japanese pepper) as an accent. The bittersweet and savory adult flavor is addictive. Priced at 110 yen, available until September 1.

Chicken Charcoal Grilled Gunkan

This product uses salt from the Goto Sea, which is known for its mild flavor, and is carefully grilled over charcoal to preserve the original texture of the chicken meat. Priced at 110 yen, it will be on sale until September 1.

Anago Inari

A lovely-looking dish of soft-boiled conger eel stuffed generously into inari sushi. The sweet flavor makes it a good choice for children. Priced at 110 yen and available until September 1.
