This Thai street food makes the most of the aroma of gapao (Thai holy basil). This kit contains one bag each of pesto and sauce made with holy basil and chili peppers. No chemical seasonings, synthetic colors or flavors are used. Contents 70g (2.47oz) (2 servings), price 290 yen (tax included).



The ingredients you need to prepare yourself are ground chicken, eggs, oil, and rice. You only need to prepare ingredients that you can easily buy at the supermarket.


Homemade Kit Gapao (Thai Stir-Fry with Holy Basil) recipe

1. fry the eggs.


Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil and saute ground chicken. When meat is cooked, add gapao paste and fry for 1 minute. Add the gapao paste and stir-fry for 1 minute.


Add the gapao sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.


Serve the minced chicken from (3) on top of the rice, and top with a fried egg.
