"Thai Food Fair" will be held from today (June 15th) at each Freshness Burger store. The menus offered include "Gapao Burger", Thai-style salad "Yam Wun Sen", and "Double Pineapple Soda". I've been tasting it for a while, so I'll introduce it.

・ Gapao Burger 450 yen

A popular product that first appeared last year and sold out 80,000 meals in three weeks. A combination of patty with "gapao" (stir-fried chicken with basil), soft-boiled egg, domestic raw coriander, vegetables, spicy sauce with tom yum sauce and coriander.


Gapaopati is from Thailand. Spices and herbs that are difficult to obtain in Japan are used.


Patty that loosens when chewed and overflows with the taste of meat. It is a full-fledged taste with spice flavor and spiciness. The fried egg yolk of Toro Toro moderates the spiciness moderately.

The buns are slightly sweet with "chestnut pumpkin" kneaded into them. This goes well with the spicy Gapao, overturning the image that "Gapao is rice." Bread and Gapao go well together.

By the way, you can increase the amount of coriander for an additional 50 yen. I'm happy for those who like it.

・ Yam Wun Sen 300 yen

A salad that combines vermicelli with vegetables, shrimp, and domestic raw coriander. Yam means "mix" in Thai, and Unsen means "spring rain". Served in a tall plastic cup like a drink.


An appetizing tailoring with a spicy sauce and a refreshing flavor of coriander and lemon. The contrast between the crispy vegetables and the smooth vermicelli texture is fun.

・ Double pineapple soda 340 yen

A drink that combines grated pineapple, pineapple juice, and sprites and is topped with mint.


The refreshing feeling of strong carbonic acid and mint is refreshing! The taste you want to drink after walking under the scorching sun. With its tropical sweetness, it is also suitable for resetting the spicy mouth of Gapao Burger and Yam Wun Sen.
