Gapao Rice

"Gapao Rice" is a full-fledged Gapao Rice made with Thai holi basil, oyster sauce, and nam pla. The slightly stronger spiciness becomes addictive, and the chopsticks (spoon) are so delicious that they won't stop. Using chicken thighs, shredded cabbage and fried eggs on top of the delicious Gapao rice are perfect for the summer.
