Hotto Motto "Gapao Rice" Asian Gourmet No. 2

The Thai dish "Gapao Rice" will go on sale at Hotto Motto stores nationwide on April 18 (Tue.) as the second popular Asian gourmet dish. This menu allows you to fully enjoy the aroma and taste of authentic spices.

Gapao

Rice Gapao rice is a national home-style dish of Thailand. It is made by stir-frying minced chicken with "gapao", a kind of herb called "holy basil" and spiced gapao sauce, and serving it on top of rice.

The "Gapao Rice" sold at Hotto Motto uses a gapao sauce imported directly from Thailand. The chicken flavor and the pungent spiciness of the sauce create an authentic taste that is addictive. A squeeze of lemon gives the sauce a refreshingly sour taste that is different from the original. The optional fish sauce adds a unique flavor to the sauce, giving it a more authentic Thai taste.
