"Gapao Rice" will be released on May 25th at each "Hotto Motto" store. The price is 590 yen (tax included, same below).
This is a dish that uses Gapao sauce imported directly from Thailand with plenty of raw holy basil and spices. You can enjoy the unique flavor and authentic spiciness. It is recommended to mix the fried egg with the topping and squeeze the lemon to make it refreshing and eat it to your liking.
Also, "Thai style salad" will be released at the same time. The price is 150 yen. Thai-style vermicelli salad "Yam Wun Sen" is combined with purple onions and nuts, and you can enjoy more stimulating acidity and spiciness by wearing the attached "Lemon & Nampula" dressing. Sold separately.
