Isomaru Suisan New Grand Menu Summary

Isomaru Suisan's Grand Menu will be revised, and new menu items will be available from June 1.

Isomaru Suisan Grand Menu


The revised menu includes "3 shellfish sashimi (hokki-gai, scallop, and mussel)," "grilled sea eel (maru-ago raw and dried)," "geta-zari (6 sashimi)," "garlic butter baked mussel and mushroom," "mentaiko cheese omelet," "salty potato butter," "shrimp napolitan," "squid fritters," and "plum hijiki rice balls will be available.

Three shellfish sashimi (hokki-gai, scallop and mussel)


The "Shellfish Sashimi 3-Piece Platter (Hokki-gai, Scallop, Tsubu-gai)" is an assortment of fresh live shellfish sashimi. The price is 1,429 yen (tax included).

Grilled Sea Eel (Fresh Dried Maru Anago)


Yaki Anago (Dried sea eel)" is freshly grilled soft and fluffy sea eel with wasabi. The price is 769 yen.

Geta-zuri (6 pieces of sashimi)


A new sashimi platter called "Geta-zori (6-piece sashimi platter)" will also be available. The price is 1,088 yen.

Grilled Mussels and Mushrooms with Garlic Butter


The "Grilled Mussels and Mushrooms with Garlic Butter" is a garlic buttery mussel selected by Isomaru Suisan and served with a parsley-scented garlic butter. The price is 659 yen.

Mentaiko Cheese Omelet


The Mentaiko Cheese Omelette features a sauce that combines mentaiko and cheese. The selling price is 549 yen.

Half-boiled egg with deep-fried salmon roe and onion grated radish


The "Hanjuku Tamago no Agedashi Ikura Oni Oroshi" is, as the name suggests, a dish accented with salmon roe and oni oroshi (grated radish). It is priced at 549 yen.

Salted and Spicy Potato Butter


Shio-kara Jaga Butter" is marketed as an addictive combination. It is priced at 549 yen.

Shrimp Neapolitan


Shrimp Neapolitan" was introduced on a TV program and is considered to be one of Isomaru Suisan's chef's best dishes. Two whole prawns are used in this dish, which has a rich and savory flavor. The price is 879 yen.

Squid Fritter


Squid Fritters" are crispy squid rings served with a side of Ario sauce. The price is 549 yen.
