Sugakiya New Spring Menu

A new spring menu item will be available at Sugakiya. Starting on April 14, "Asari Ramen," "Zaru Ramen," "Cold Ramen," "Warabimochi" and "Warabimochi Matcha Ore" will be available.

Scallion ramen


The "Asari Ramen" is made with plump asari clams and garnished with honeydew. It is said to be a spring-like bowl infused with the flavor of scallion. The price is 520 yen (tax included).

Zaru Ramen


The "Zaru Ramen" comes with two kinds of dipping sauces, one with a clean soy sauce flavor using bonito and the other with a richer, richer sesame sauce. The price is 410 yen.

Cold Ramen


Cold Ramen" is Sugakiya's standard menu item, featuring a special broth that goes well with fresh lemon for a refreshing taste. The price is 520 yen.

bracken-starch dumplings


The "Warabimochi" is made of softly fragrant kinako (soybean flour) and sticky warabimochi, dipped in black honey. The price is 250 yen.

Warabimochi Green Tea Ore


Warabimochi Matcha Ore is a drink that balances the gentle sweetness of brown sugar with the aroma of Uji matcha green tea. It contains warabimochi (rice cakes) that can be sucked through a straw and eaten. The price is 290 yen.
