As a "TOHOKU supporter" who supports the "Tohoku Destination Campaign", FamilyMart is developing local cold noodles one after another for the purpose of reconstruction of Tohoku and regional development. Regionally limited "Yamagata-style cold ramen" and "chilled niboshi ramen" will be on sale from June 29th, and "Wakamezaru Chinese" and "Omorizaru Chinese" will be on sale from July 6th.

Yamagata style cold ramen

Yamagata's soul food "chilled ramen". The soup is made by adding a small amount of sesame oil to extracts such as chicken, pork, dried sardines, and kelp. Ingredients are char siu, and in addition to menma, bean sprouts, cucumber and other refreshing ingredients are served. The price is 460 yen (tax included, same below). Available at approximately 850 stores in Yamagata, Miyagi, Fukushima, and Niigata prefectures.

Cold boiled ramen

The Chinese soup stock, which is often eaten in the Tsugaru region of Aomori prefecture, is chilled and arranged into ramen. The soup uses salty soy sauce, dried sardines, and dried sardines, and is topped with char siu, sprouts, wakame seaweed, boiled eggs, menma, and green onions. The price is 498 yen. Available at about 530 stores in Aomori, Iwate, and Akita prefectures.

Wakame seaweed Chinese

Green Chinese noodles mixed with wakame seaweed, which is often eaten in Akita and Aomori prefectures, is dipped in mentsuyu and tasted as Zaru Chinese (noodle weight 240g (8.47oz)). The price is 350 yen. Available at about 530 stores in Akita, Aomori, and Iwate prefectures.

Boiled fine Chinese noodles, which are often eaten in the Tohoku region, are chilled in cold water and dipped in mentsuyu to taste Zaru Chinese noodles (noodle weight 300g (10.58oz)). The price is 398 yen. Available at approximately 850 stores in Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima, and Niigata prefectures.
