The new "Demi-glace Sauce Hamburger" replaces the "Brown Sauce Hamburger" and uses an orthodox demi-glace sauce characterized by its mild flavor. The new hamburger steak, which contains 16% less calories, 20% less fat, and twice as much dietary fiber per 100 g of hamburger steak compared to the current product, uses a generous amount of the newly developed demi-glace sauce. The juices from the hamburger steak and the sauce are well balanced, making this a dish that is sure to be enjoyed with rice.
