ash Filet Burger The soft and juicy "boneless Kentucky" is seasoned with 11 herbs and spices developed by the company's founder, Colonel Sanders, and cooked using a secret recipe, and is combined with hash browns. The hash browns are crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside, and when combined with the juicy chicken, the burger offers a new taste sensation never before experienced.


The most difficult point in the development process was how to preserve the texture of the hash browns. After repeated prototyping, we succeeded in reproducing the crispy texture by using diced potatoes, heating them at the lowest possible temperature, and using fine-grained breadcrumbs.

After examining over 40 different combinations of sauces and ingredients, we picked the BBQ sauce that went well with the hash browns, as well as a carefully selected dry sauce popular with dry chicken filet burgers. In addition, we combined picante salsa, which adds sweet and sour accents.


The lineup also includes "Carihokuhash no filet burger awesome meat" with hash browns sandwiched between two chicken filets instead of a bun. Since the two chicken filets have a strong flavor, cheddar cheese was added to balance the overall taste so as not to lose out on its impact.
