Capricciosa will serve "Awaji Island Kama-age Shirasu Shirasu filled with Spring Vegetables Peperoncino" and "Plenty of Clams in Tomato Sauce" from April 1 to June 5, 2012.

Awaji Island Kama-age Shirasu Peperoncino with Spring Vegetables

Peperoncino with Spring Vegetables" is one of the menu items in the "New Regular Pasta Campaign," a program in which the year is divided into four seasons and pasta dishes are prepared using seasonal ingredients. The spaghetti is finished with a spicy oil sauce flavored with garlic and chili peppers, and topped with soft, fluffy kama-age shirasu (baby sardines).

In addition to the crispy texture of spring vegetables, the subtle saltiness of the shirasu and the aroma of garlic spread softly in the mouth, making this dish a simple way to savor the flavor of seasonal ingredients. The price is 1,250 yen (tax included).

Plenty of clams in tomato sauce

Another menu item from the new regular pasta campaign is the "Plenty of Clams in Tomato Sauce. The sweet and rich Capricciosa tomato sauce made from Italian tomatoes is used as the base, and clams are used in this dish, which is said to be full of flavor, richness, and deliciousness. The garlic and chili peppers give the dish a lively flavor. The price is 1,260 yen.
