Sea bass carpaccio and celery salad


The "Sea Bass Carpaccio with Celery Salad" is one of the "California" themed deli items and will be available at Market stores until late April. The price is 810 yen per 100g (3.53oz) (tax included, same as below).

Celery, which is in season and has a fresh aroma, is marinated and paired with sea bass carpaccio. Herb oil and pink pepper are sprinkled on top for a spring-colored salad.

Buttermilk Chicken with Maple Mustard


Buttermilk Chicken Maple Mustard" is another "California" themed deli that will be available at Market stores until late April. It is priced at 648 yen per 100 grams.

Grilled chicken is paired with sliced and deep-fried early red and topped with maple mustard sauce. The chicken is slowly marinated overnight in spiced buttermilk, making it moist and tender on the inside and savory on the outside.

Caprese with Blood Orange and Fruit Tomatoes" is another "California" themed deli that will be available at Market stores until late April. It is priced at 756 yen per 100 grams.

Japanese blood oranges and fruit tomatoes, which can only be harvested during this season, are combined with bufala bocconcino cheese, an authentic mozzarella with a milky and chunky texture. It is finished with handmade orange confiture and a sprinkling of mint for a refreshing finish.

Inari Temari Sushi Lunch Box


The "Inari Temari Sushi Lunchbox" will be available at Market stores from March 11 to April 10. Sakae store will sell it only on Saturdays and Sundays. The selling price is 1,944 yen.

It includes salmon and roast beef inari sushi, cherry blossom temari sushi, clam chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), tofu tsukune with fuki miso (soybean paste), and other spring ingredients.

Katsu Sandwich Bento


The "Katsu Sando Bento" will also be available at Market stores from March 11 to April 10. The Sakae store will sell it only on Saturdays and Sundays. The selling price is 1,512 yen.

The cutlet sandwich consists of a pork cutlet deep-fried in bread crumbs with mixed spices and zucchini hummus, served with a frittata of spring vegetables and marinade.

Chirashi Sushi with Salmon and Spring Vegetables


Salmon and Spring Vegetable Chirashi Sushi will be available at Market stores from March 25 to 27. The selling price is 810 yen.

Sushi rice cooked in spring colors is placed in a mold and pressed sushi style. Marinated salmon, broiled egg, pickled onion, pea pods, tobiko, radish, and other ingredients are arranged in a gorgeous arrangement.

Sag curry with sakura shrimps and rape blossoms


The "Sakura Shrimp and Rape Flower Sag Curry" will also be available at Market stores from March 25 to 27. The selling price is 864 yen.

According to DEAN & DELUCA, "sag" is the Indian word for "rape blossoms. Rape blossoms in season are used in this curry rice dish. You can enjoy the contrast between the yellow rice and the green with the texture of cashew nuts with lemon and spices.

Lemon risotto with scallops and asparagus


Scallops and Asparagus with Lemon Risotto" will also be available at Market stores from March 25 to 27. The selling price is 918 yen.

This risotto has a refreshing lemon flavor. It is said to feature the crunchy texture of brown rice, long sliced asparagus, and the savory flavor of grilled scallops.

Spring Rolls with Duck and Jasmine Rice


The "Duck and Jasmine Rice Spring Rolls" will be available at Market stores from March 25 to 27. The selling price is 626 yen.

Khao Yum, a Thai rice salad, has been made into spring rolls. Jasmine rice is colored with black rice and mixed with peanuts, bai mak ru, lemongrass, and pak choi, then rolled with green vegetables and duck slices.
