For a limited time, "Sapporo Miso Ramen Keyaki" and "Sapporo Miso Ramen Keyaki with Corn Butter" will be available at Ramen Kagetsu Arashi. It will be available at each store in Japan from December 15, 2021.

Sapporo Miso Ramen Keyaki


"Sapporo Miso Ramen Keyaki" is a menu supervised by Eiki Mitori, the owner of "Nitori no Keyaki", which has been popular in Sapporo, Hokkaido since its establishment in 1999. Medium-thick curly noodles that are moderately entwined in the soup are used, and it is devised so that you can fully enjoy the world of Sapporo miso ramen.

The soup is made by blending several types of miso so that you can enjoy the deep richness, and the sweetness of the vegetables gives it a mellow taste. The ingredients are vegetables such as white-haired green onions, cabbage, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and garlic chives that are thickly piled up in the center. The selling price is 860 yen (tax included, same below).

"Sapporo Miso Ramen Keyaki with corn butter" is Sapporo Miso Ramen Keyaki with corn and butter toppings. It is said that the royal road is to eat vigorously. The selling price is 980 yen.
