Spicy stir-fried lotus root shirasu

Lotus root 250g (8.82oz)
Shirasu 50g (1.76oz)
Green onion 30g (1.06oz)
1 tablespoon of salty sauce
Shichimi pepper 1/3 teaspoon
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

How to make

1. Peel the lotus root, divide it vertically into 4 equal parts (in the case of small lotus root, divide it into 2 equal parts), and slice it into thin slices with a width of about 5 mm. Cut the green onions into round slices.


2. Sprinkle sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the lotus root over medium heat.


3. When the lotus root becomes translucent, add green onions and salty soy sauce and fry for about 1 minute.


4. Turn off the heat, add the shirasu and shichimi pepper, and mix the whole to complete.
