Meaty cancer ~ INNOCENT MEAT ~ I tried it

When eating, heat a frying pan, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of oil, add meaty cancer and cover. Heat on one side for 3-4 minutes until it is browned, and you're done.

The brown and brown outside is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is fluffy and juicy. You can enjoy the contrast of the texture inside and outside as well as the graininess like minced meat. At first, I thought it was a little troublesome to bake, but the impression that the crispy feeling of baking makes it even more meaty.

When chewed, it unravels and the saltiness and umami are softened. The taste is strong and salty, so you can hardly feel the unique flavor of soybeans. It is recommended to add spices such as onions and perilla, or add it to vegetables.

To be honest, I didn't feel that the taste and texture were "just like real meat!", But the juicy taste and the satisfaction after eating were like eating meat. I wanted to easily incorporate it into my daily diet as a substitute for meat.
