Chikuwa 100g (3.53oz)
1 bag of maitake mushrooms 6 pieces of soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Ginger tube about 2 cm
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
Appropriate amount of green onion

How to make

1. Cut the chikuwa diagonally with a width of about 5 mm, and cut the green onions into small pieces. Loosen the maitake mushrooms and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
