Ingredients (for 2 people)

Minced chicken 200g (7.05oz)
Ginger 1 piece of perilla 3 pieces of sake, 1 tablespoon of potato starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 eggplant 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make rumbling eggplant chicken meatballs

Cut the eggplant into 1 cm squares, put them in a heat-resistant container, and sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on them. Cover with plastic wrap or heat in a microwave oven at 500 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
