[Tasting] Preserved food "Dashimaki canned" Dashimaki tamago fans are paying attention! Collaboration with Kyoto's long-established store "Ki Yoshida"! It's a simple and elegant authentic Kyoto style

At the supermarket, I found "Dashimaki Canned Food" sold by mr.kanso! I actually bought it and tried it. The purchase price is 548 yen (tax included).

Canned Japanese Omelette

"Dashimaki canned" is a canned dashimaki in collaboration with Kyoto's long-established store "Ki Yoshida". It is carefully baked using domestic eggs, but the rolls are hand-packed one by one. The most important thing was to leave a plump texture and beautiful shape. You can enjoy the seasoning of Kyoto-style authentic dashi (bonito and kelp soup stock).

Canned Japanese Omelette

No can opener required to open. When I opened it, the can was tightly packed with omelet. 4 pieces in 1 can. It's almost the same size as a can, so it may be a little difficult to take it out without breaking its shape.

If you try it as it is, it will have a high density and a gentle soup stock will spread in your mouth. It doesn't feel as plump as freshly made, but it is moist and quite delicious. The refreshing taste and egg match!

One can is about 550 yen, which is not suitable for everyday use, but "Dashimaki canned food" seems to be a good gift to put in an emergency bag. Why don't you pick it up when you see it?
