Ingredients (Serves 2

) 1 pack mame-ma-nai (bean sprouts)
50 g mixed nuts
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper

Mame-ma-nai and Nut Salad Directions

Cut mame-ma-nai from the root, wash, drain and cut into 3cm long pieces. Place in a bowl.


Add crushed mixed nuts and mix briefly.


In a separate container, combine the grated ginger, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to the bowl and mix all together.
