2 eggs 1/4 onion 1/2 pepper 1/2 tomato 1/2 oil suitable amount salt and pepper suitable amount

How to make

Peel the onions and chop them roughly.


Wash the peppers and tomatoes to remove the calyx and chop them roughly.


Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions.


When the onions are clear, add the peppers and tomatoes in that order and fry.


Break the egg into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.


Pour the beaten egg into a frying pan with fried vegetables and mix roughly with a wooden spatula. When it's half-boiled, don't touch it and bake until the bottom is golden brown.



Cut it into pieces that are easy to eat and serve on a plate to complete!


What is the taste of an open omelet?
