"La Mère Poulard" is a casual French restaurant that was founded in 1888 in Mont Saint Michel and started offering special dishes to pilgrims. The Yurakucho store in Tokyo and the Minatomirai store in Yokohama have already opened in Japan.

The signature menu is the "traditional omelet" with a thickness of 5 cm and a diameter of 24 cm. The "traditional taste" such as the unique fluffy texture like meringue and the simple seasoning of salted butter is preserved, and it is served with a side dish that you can choose from eight types. The price is 1,990 yen (tax included) with french fries and bread.

In addition to this, there are also menus other than omelets, such as main dishes using beef such as "beef steak foie gras and Madera wine sauce" and "beef cheek meat boiled in red wine" and course dishes where you can enjoy "authentic" French cuisine. It seems that they are abundantly prepared.

The store is located on the 7th floor of AEON MALL Okayama, 1-2-1, Shimoishii, Kita-ku, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. Business hours are from 11:00 to 17:00 (last order 16:00) and from 17:00 to 23:00 (last order 22:00).
