Empanada. It may be an unfamiliar name, but it's actually a classic dish that you can't make in Latin countries. From Spain to Chile, each land is familiar with its ingredients and seasonings, and even in Japan, there are places where you can eat it.
Don Miguel is a specialty store of this empanada, seasoned in South American Bolivian style. We have a store in Fukushima prefecture, but recently we are also doing mobile sales mainly in Tokyo. You can also open stores at events sponsored by embassies in each country and wait in line for more than an hour.
The empanadas you can buy here are the basic "Saltena" stuffed with meat and vegetables, the "Empanada de Higote" fried with omelet-style ingredients, and the sweetness of cooked peppers. "Empanada de Tucuman", a snack-style "empanada de casso" fried with sweet cheese.
The latest information on mobile sales is available on Twitter and Facebook. By the way, in January 2014, it seems to have opened a store in Marui Kinshicho store.
