Sweet potato 200g (7.05oz)
Mixed beans 100g (3.53oz)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grain mustard
Salt and coarse black pepper a little

How to make sweet potato and bean mustard salad

Wash the sweet potatoes well and cut into 2 cm squares with the skin still attached.


Put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it gently, and heat it in a microwave oven at 500W for 4 minutes. Take it out, stir it briefly, and heat it for another 3 minutes.

Mix mixed beans, mayonnaise, grain mustard, salt and coarse black pepper in a container such as a bowl or tapper.


Add sweet potatoes and mix to complete.
