Horse! It's mellow but has a refreshing aftertaste! Creamy avocado moderately neutralizes bitter gourd bitterness and spreads refreshingly in the mouth with rich mayo. The contrast between the crispy bitter gourd texture and the smooth and smooth avocado texture is exquisite! Thanks to the tuna, the taste is improved, and the acidity of the ponzu vinegar makes the taste refreshing.

I like dried bonito, but I personally recommend topping it. The flavor and umami will increase at once, and the taste will be deeper. The chopsticks will never stop! A refreshing summer salad that you'll want to eat every day. How about having a drink tonight?
