Material ( For 3 people )
Chicken thigh 200g (7.05oz)
Shiokosho a little
Turnip Three
ginger 1 tsp
water 500ml (16.91us fl oz)
Liquor 3 tbsp
Chicken glass soup base 1 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp

■ Materials
Chicken thigh 200g (7.05oz)
Salt and pepper, a little turnip, 3 ginger, 1 teaspoon
Water 500ml (16.91us fl oz)
3 tablespoons of sake
1 teaspoon of chicken glass soup
1 teaspoon soy sauce

■ How to make
Cut the turnip leaves into zaku and cut the skin into combs without peeling. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add salt and pepper to both sides.


Add water, ginger, chicken, turnips, leaves and sake to the pan and cook. When it boils, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer until the turnips are tender.


When the ingredients are cooked, add chicken glass soup stock and soy sauce to adjust the taste.


Serve in a bowl and you're done.

The chicken broth is well-done, so even if it's lightly seasoned, it's delicious! Hokuhoku turnips are also soft and delicious! It is also recommended to add shichimi pepper or topping with plenty of white onions if you like. It's perfect for a midnight snack when you're hungry!
