Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

■ Materials
Clam peeled meat 100g (3.53oz)
1/2 onion 1/2 potato 1/2 carrot 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
1 tablespoon flour
400 ml of water
1 consomme cube 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
Butter 5g (0.18oz)
Salt and pepper, a little parsley

■ How to make
Rinse the clams with water and drain them thoroughly. Cut onions, potatoes and carrots into approximately 1 cm squares. Be careful as it will be difficult for the fire to pass if it is too large.


Put the salad oil in a pan, warm it, and fry it over low heat until the onions are tender.


Sprinkle the flour, mix well with a spatula so that the flour does not harden, and fry until it is light.


Add water, consomme cubes and carrots and simmer over medium heat. Add potatoes 4 minutes later and clams 3 minutes later.



When the vegetables are cooked well, add fresh cream and butter after another 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.


Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley to complete!
