A recipe book for sandwiches decorated like a cake, "Hospitality sandwich" Cakewich "cake switch born in Scandinavia," will be released by PARCO Publishing on October 15th. The price is 1,400 yen (tax included). Prior to release, pre-order sales are being accepted at bookstores nationwide and Amazon.co.jp.

In Scandinavian homes, sandwiches decorated like cakes are often served as "hospitality dishes". "Cake Itch" is an arrangement of this by the Japan Sandwich Association with its own recipe. Various cake-itch recipes have been developed, from meals to sweets.

In the first recipe book that appears this time, about 40 kinds of cake switches are posted. An example of the menu is as follows.
