Mos Burger in Okinawa Prefecture will sell a limited time menu item, Tomato Chicken Chowder. It will be available from August 18 to late November. The price is 360 yen (tax included).

Tomato Chicken Chowder" was sold at Mos Burger outlets nationwide in 2021 and 2022 as an autumn/winter-only soup, and was very popular. Normally, two types of soups, "corn soup" and "clam chowder," are sold during the summer months, but with this revival, customers in Okinawa Prefecture can choose from three types.

Tomato Chicken Chowder

A rich soup base with tomato flavor, concentrated milk and cream, and a gentle taste of onions, carrots and chicken. Tomato paste and puree (whole tomatoes) are used together to bring out the refreshing acidity and sweetness of the tomatoes. In addition, boiled rice is added to mellow the overall flavor.

The addition of basil pesto from Oita Prefecture gives the soup a sharp taste, making it an even better match for the hamburger. For an additional 70 yen to the price of each set, you can also choose a drink as part of the set menu.
