Butter 10g (0.35oz)

Adjust the amount of seasoning slightly depending on the number and size of potatoes.

● How to make

Wash the potatoes well and cut them in half with the skin.

Place in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap, and heat in a microwave (500W) for 4-5 minutes. In the meantime, add soy sauce, sugar and water.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the new potatoes cooked in the microwave.

When it is browned, reduce the heat to low, add the seasoning that has been combined, and entangle until it becomes thick.

Serve in a bowl and serve!

● What is the taste of mitarashi butter potatoes?

The crispy texture and fragrance of the skin are also delicious! It is an excellent dish as a snack or side dish. Of course, it's also good for beer.

Even though Jaga butter is delicious in the first place, there is no doubt that you will be happy if "Mitarashi" is involved in this. I knew it before I ate it, but ... it's addictive! If you like it, please try it!
