We use three types of colored potatoes (Toyoshiro, Kitamurasaki, Northern Ruby) from Hokkaido that are different from the standard products so that you can discover new deliciousness of potatoes with variations of varieties. A potato stick with skin that allows you to compare three types of food in one bag and enjoy the colors of each. A light taste with a slight umami that makes the best use of the deliciousness of the ingredients.

Toyoshiro

The white stick "Toyoshiro" is a popular variety that is also used for potato chips. It has a familiar taste.

Kitamurasaki

The purple stick "Kitamurasaki" has a high content of anthocyanins (natural blue-purple pigments of plants) and is characterized by a strong "potato feeling" flavor. The umami spreads the moment you put it in your mouth.

Northern Ruby

The red stick "Northern Ruby" is a variety whose mother is Kitamurasaki. It has less miscellaneous taste and astringency, and has a relatively light taste among the three varieties.

During development, we mixed three colorful sticks in a well-balanced manner and verified hundreds of prototypes to give a "reward" when opened. It was released this time because it was highly evaluated when it was test-released at some stores this spring.
