Seijo Ishii Hand-rolled Natto

We use dried natto made from domestic soybeans, glutinous rice made in Japan with rich flavor, and seaweed from Ariake that has a crisp texture. Since the hand-rolled sushi-style shape cannot be made by machine, it is finished by manually wrapping seaweed one by one. The craftsman adjusts the composition of fats and oils according to the temperature and humidity on the day of manufacture to achieve a crispy texture of hail and dried natto.
