Azuma Foods will sell a new seasonal product, "Oroshidare Ginger Natto" (grated ginger natto). The product will go on sale on September 1. The price is open. The product will be sold throughout Japan except Hokkaido and Kyushu. The product will be on sale until February 28, 2023.

This is the third product in the seasonal grated sauce series of "Oroshidare Natto," a popular product that has been on the market for 20 years. The grated sauce made with fresh domestic daikon radish and domestic ginger is added to create a Japanese seasonal flavor with a hint of ginger. The combination of grated daikon and ginger gives the dish a gentle, easy-to-eat flavor without the spiciness and bitterness of ginger. The aroma of ginger whets the appetite.

Hokkaido Small Grain Natto is characterized by its soft and fluffy texture, strong flavor and richness, and a refreshing taste with little bitterness or astringency. It goes well with the flavor of grated sauce with ginger, enhancing the goodness of each.
