In addition to the sea urchin sashimi, which is offered at a special price of 100 yen (excluding tax), the sea urchin is a squid with a chewy texture and a rich sea urchin flavor. "Squid sashimi mixed with warship", and as a different story, "Uni on the boiled egg" with plenty of sea urchin on top of boiled egg instead of rice is newly introduced.
"Uni on the boiled egg" is surprisingly compatible with sea urchin, boiled egg, and seaweed. It is a product that makes you sick once you eat it. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax).
In addition, for the first time in a take-out bowl, a "special sea urchin and salmon roe bowl" with sea urchin and salmon roe is also available. You can enjoy the rich flavor of sea urchin and the umami of bubble wrap salmon roe at the same time. The price is 1,580 yen (tax included).
