Shiseido Parlor will release "Spring Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" and "Spring Hand-baked Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" for a limited time on February 15th. Recommended for tea time or as a gift for loved ones.

The package has a spring-like design with cherry blossoms in full bloom. In the spring when life buds, it depicts plants and people swaying in a cheerful breeze as if they were dancing.


"Spring cheesecake (Sakura flavor)" is a cheesecake that announces the arrival of spring with each bite. Rich Danish cream cheese with cherry blossom-derived paste is wrapped in cherry-scented biscuits made from Hokkaido flour and baked.


The price is 999 yen for 3 pieces and 1,998 yen for 6 pieces (tax included). Available at Shiseido Parlor stores and online shops nationwide, mainly department stores.

"Spring Hand-baked Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" is a cheesecake made by adding cherry blossom-derived paste and cherry pulp (dry) to rich Danish cream cheese and baking each one. The salted cherry leaves kneaded into the biscuits enhance the flavor of the cherry blossoms. A rich dish that you can enjoy the gentle pink color and the scent of cherry blossoms.
