green onion one (object)
sesame oil and chicken soup stock 1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds and black pepper proper quantity

All you need is one long green onion! Here is a recipe for "Naganegi Namuru" that can be easily prepared in the microwave. The crunchy and mellow texture makes it a great snack for rice or drinks.

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

1 long green onion
1 teaspoon sesame oil and chicken broth
White sesame seeds and black pepper to taste

Directions

Wash green onions and slice diagonally about 5mm thick.


Place the sliced green onion in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.


Add sesame oil, chicken broth, white sesame seeds, and black pepper to the cooked green onions and mix together.
