Use rare winter mango! Quil Fait Bon "Tart of" Silver Sun "from Tokachi, Hokkaido" Grand Maison Ginza Limited

From January 2, 2021, a limited number of new "Hokkaido Tokachi" Shirogin no Taiyo "Tarts" will be on sale at Quil Fait Bon Grand Maison Ginza. Scheduled to be sold until January 20th.

"Hokkaido Tokachi" Silver Sun "Tart" is a premium tart using the rare mango "Silver Sun" that is shipped in winter only in Japan. Mango has the image of a tropical country, but "Silver Sun" is a mango made in Tokachi, Hokkaido.

Pesticide-free mango grown by an environmentally friendly cultivation method that makes the best use of nature and renewable energy. It features a rich sweetness with a sugar content of 15 degrees or more and a fine, smooth and melty texture. This "silver sun" is finished by decorating it on a pure white cream with the image of the sun illuminating the glittering snow field. A sponge and custard cream are layered under the cream, and silver foil powder is sprinkled on the edges of the tart.

The price is 3,024 yen per piece and 30,240 yen for the hall (25 cm), both including tax. The hall accepts pre-orders only for online reservations (orders can be made up to 3 days before the desired date). Limited to 1 hole per day, but may not be sold depending on the availability of mangoes.
