Kirfebon "Fruit Tomato and Cheese Tart"

Four types of tart with vegetables are now available at the fruit tart specialty store "Kirfebon". "Tomato tart" and "Fruit tomato and cheese tart" will be on sale from June 1st to 15th, and "Carrot tart" and "Edamame tart" will be on sale from June 16th to 30th.

Tomato tart

We use Mishima tomatoes from Shizuoka prefecture, which are grown using deep sea water from Suruga Bay as part of the underground water and fertilizer of Mt. Fuji. The tart with tomato paste is poured with a rich cream that has a mellow acidity, and is baked with plenty of sweet and fresh fruit tomatoes. The price is 756 yen for pieces and 6,048 yen for halls (21 cm) (8% tax included, same below).

Fruit tomato and cheese tart

Uses Mishima's flavored tomatoes from Shizuoka prefecture. A refreshing tomato mousse is placed on top of rich baked cheese, and sweet and sour strawberries and fruit tomatoes are decorated. The sweet aroma of strawberries and the taste of tomatoes are exquisite. The price is 918 yen for the piece and 7,344 yen for the hall (21 cm).

Carrot tart

A tart that is carefully baked by adding ram raisins and walnuts with a crunchy texture to a dough with carrots that has been spiced with several kinds of spices. The carrot cake is made into a tart and finally coated with a thick cheese cream. The price is 604 yen for the piece and 4,838 yen for the hall (21 cm).

Edamame tart

A tart made by layering edamame-flavored custard on edamame mousse and finishing with a soft and light edamame cream. The refreshing aroma of ginger decorated with edamame is a perfect match. The price is 604 yen for the piece and 7,257 yen for the hall (25 cm).
