The new tart "Weekend Citron Tart" will be on sale from July 1st to July 31st at each Kirfebon store. The price is 702 yen per piece and 7,020 yen for the hall (25 cm), both including tax (tax rates differ when using the cafe).

Weekend Citron Tart

The traditional confectionery "Weekend Citron" is popular in France as a "cake to eat with loved ones on weekends". At Kirfebon, the tart dough is finished with a sweet lemon pound and a glass of citron (lemon icing) with plenty of lemon, and a generous amount of sliced lemon pickled in honey.
