cottonseed oil	100cc
broccoli	1 bunch
canned tuna	1 can
mayonnaise	3 tablespoons

Ingredients

4 eggs
100cc Men-tsuyu (soy sauce)
1 bunch broccoli
1 can tuna
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
A little black pepper

Directions

Boil eggs to desired consistency, peel, and put in a storage bag or Tupperware with Men-tsuyu and let soak for about half a day. Boil broccoli.
