Easy recipe for "custard cream" in the microwave!

Wheat flour (soft flour) 2 tablespoons
egg 1 piece
sugar 4 tbsp
milk 200ml (6.76us fl oz)
butter 4g (0.14oz)
Vanilla extract Appropriate amount

2 tablespoons of wheat flour (soft flour)
1 egg (whole egg) 4 tablespoons sugar
Milk 200ml (6.76us fl oz)
4g (0.14oz) butter (1 teaspoon)
Vanilla extract appropriate amount

Butter and vanilla extract are better if you have them, but you can make them without them. If you need custard cream in a hurry, you can just use flour, eggs, sugar, and milk.

● How to make

Break the egg into a heat-resistant bowl and melt it well.


Add sugar and mix well with a whisk.


Sprinkle the flour and mix gently until it is no longer powdery. Be careful not to mix too much as it will make it sticky.


Add milk and mix quickly without frothing.


Wrap it gently and heat it in a 500W microwave oven for two and a half minutes. After taking it out, mix the whole. It's still smooth at this point, but it's okay. It will harden next.



Wrap again, heat in a 500W microwave for 1 minute, remove and mix. Finally, wrap it again and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. It will harden, so take it out and mix it all together to make it smooth.


Add butter and vanilla extract and mix while melting.



Shake the bowl or tap the bottom lightly to flatten the cream, and wrap it tightly to make it adhere to the surface to remove the rough heat. When it cools down, it's done!



● What is the taste?
