Chinese cabbage 300g (10.58oz)
salt 1/4 teaspoon
Ponzu sauce 1 tablespoon
mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Katsuobushi 2.5g (0.18oz)

Chinese cabbage mayopon salad

Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

Chinese cabbage 300g (10.58oz)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ponzu
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Katsuobushi 2.5g (0.18oz)

How to make

Wash the Chinese cabbage and chop it into 4-5 cm x 1 cm pieces.


Sprinkle salt evenly on Chinese cabbage, rub lightly, and leave for 5 minutes. It's easy to work with a plastic bag.


Squeeze the water from the Chinese cabbage and put it in a bowl, add ponzu, mayonnaise and dried bonito flakes.



Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds if you like.
