I actually bought and tried "Hanabatatake Farm Snack Mozzarella" that I found at the supermarket. It is a set of two with four pieces, and the price is 189 yen (excluding tax) per pack.

"Hanabatatake Farm Snack Mozzarella" is a round bite-sized cheese. Fresh cheese made from 100% raw milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido. If you eat it as it is, you can use it as a snack, and if you top it with pizza or pasta, you can use it for cooking. I bought two types, plain and smoked.

When you eat it as it is, it tastes lighter than expected. The chewy mozzarella-specific texture remains moderately. It has a strong elasticity and a slightly hard texture. Does the slightly brown smoke have a slightly stronger flavor than plain? The finish. There is not much habit.


Of course, you can eat it as it is or add it to a salad, but the recommended way to eat it is to slice it lightly and put it on bread to toast! The cheese melts and makes me happy ♪ It looks delicious even if it is topped with freshly boiled pasta.
